The historical marker outside the Jonas Stutzman homestead acknowledges his existence. The new covered bridge across State Route 39 honors him.
The bridge on County Road 145 is being named for him -Stutzman's Crossing at Walnut Creek--today during a dedication ceremony slated for 11 a.m.
